Part of an art trade with 
. This is an alternate, SHS version of her MLP character, Roogna. 
Yeah, I dunno why I decided to put the lightning in there -- maybe it's cause I live in the lightning capital of the world. Appropriately, lighting even knocked the power out today, which prevented me from finishing it earlier ...
Done entirely in Photoshop Elements, with a WACOM Graphire 3.
