The next, long-overdue installment of the Wonderland series. XD I've had this thing partially-finished on my hard drive for ages ... All the photos used are mine. No, those are not roses in the background -- it's just the only photo I had with a nice planter in it. I was going to do hedges, but none of my hedge shots worked. Ah well ...

Alice needs an operation.

She has a severe malocclusion -- her teeth are growing crooked, so they won't wear down properly, and are growing dangerously long. I can't get a straight answer from the vet on the cost, either -- the best I could get out of them was that a trim will cost about $113, and she would likely need to be put under for it. Well, putting a rabbit under is a risky proposition, and I'd rather not have to do it every few months (at another $113 a pop!), so I've decided it's best to just get her bottom teeth extracted -- she hasn't been able to eat hard food for a goodly while anyway and seems quite happy with her softened rabbit food mixed with baby food. I've been deliberating what to do for a while now, seeking other options, and can't find any. Thing is, I can't really afford a surgery like that -- the last time I had surgery done on a rabbit, it cost over $500! (And he died the next day. ) I can't get credit to pay for it either.
