For ~Roogna's Mythological MLP contest: her pony persona, Roogna, and my design for the contest, Hyppocampus. Mythologically speaking, a hippocampus is half horse, half fish. There are MLPs that are sea-ponies, but the're modeled more after *actual* seahorses, while this design is more hybrid-ish. That's her own feather Roogna is using as a fishing lure 
Can you tell I'm still under the weather? Didn't turn out nearly as well as I would have liked. Maybe I should have gone for "drawn" instead of "painted" after all ...
And I hold no illusions about a custom being made of this, even if it did win -- he would be an absolute nightmare to make!
